i even went onto fariwood's website to fill out a feedback form... just to show how much i appreciate this dish.
"I am not a regular fan of Fairwood, but when I saw the commercial about the new dish, Indian style dry curry chicken, I wanted to try it out. I am a fan of SE Asian food and I must say this was an amazing dish. I would have never expected to have something so delicious from Fairwood. Spice is just right and the chicken is not dry at all. Well done! Please make this dish a part of your regular menu and not a limited time offer. Thanks."

fairwood's cs actually called me back and asked for my feedback. for once, i feel my comments / feedback do care. btw, the cs also promised me that the dish will stay on the menu, so we shall see.
